Susser Bank Treasury Management Team Participates in TEXPO 2026

Building a bank for the long term requires staying closely connected to the people, ideas and conversations shaping what’s next.

We were proud to sponsor TEXPO – A Treasury and Finance Conference Conference 2026, where members of our Treasury Management Solutions team represented Susser Bank alongside treasury professionals from across the country.

The conference provided valuable opportunities to exchange perspectives, strengthen relationships and gain insight into the evolving needs of businesses operating in an increasingly complex environment. Our team returned with fresh ideas and renewed energy around how we continue delivering thoughtful, forward-looking treasury solutions for our clients.

At Susser Bank, expertise is built through curiosity, engagement and a commitment to continuously learning alongside the industries and communities we serve.

Susser Bank Promotes Financial Literacy Across Texas Communities

We believe one of the most meaningful ways to invest in the communities we serve is through education: creating opportunities to share knowledge, build confidence and foster long-term financial well-being.

During Financial Literacy Month, members of our team spent time engaging with students and young leaders across Texas through conversations centered on practical, real-world financial guidance.

At The University of Texas at San Antonio, Susser Bank was proud to serve as the presenting sponsor for their month-long financial literacy session focused on helping students navigate topics that will shape their financial futures. Jerret Krouse, San Antonio Market President, and Asia Hansen, Risk & Compliance Analyst, represented the bank, with Asia leading a session on credit fundamentals and Jerret participating in the closing discussion.

That same commitment continued in Arlington through a partnership with the Arlington Police Department and a local youth mentorship initiative. Jerome Taylor, Senior Universal Banker, led an interactive session for 6th-grade students focused on saving, budgeting and understanding how banks support individuals, families and businesses.

We’re proud of the Susser Bank team members who continue to represent our culture so well in the communities we call home.

Susser Bank Participates in D Magazine’s Invest in You Summit

Susser Bank was proud to participate in D Magazine’s Invest in You Summit, a forum dedicated to helping individuals think more holistically about health, wealth and long-term planning.

Effie Dennison, Executive Director of Strategic Growth and Corporate Partnerships, joined the panel “The Power of Preparation: Planning with Confidence in an Uncertain World,” alongside leaders in wealth management and legal advisory, and moderator Christine Perez, Editor of D CEO at D Magazine. The discussion centered on a shared theme: when financial, legal and personal planning are aligned, individuals are better equipped to navigate change with clarity and control.

At Susser Bank, we see this every day. Preparation is not just a financial exercise, but a community outcome. It strengthens households, supports business owners through transitions and helps create stability across the communities we serve.

We’re grateful to D Magazine for convening this important conversation and to our team members who continue to contribute thoughtfully to discussions shaping the future of financial confidence in our communities.

Susser Bank Sponsors Klyde Warren Park’s President’s Circle Spring Garden Fiesta

Klyde Warren Park has become one of Dallas’ most impactful civic assets, a true “town square” that connects communities, drives economic activity and brings people across the city together.

Catherine and Sam L. Susser co-hosted Klyde Warren Park’s President’s Circle Spring Garden Fiesta at their home alongside the Park’s President and CEO, Kit Sawers, convening civic, business, and philanthropic leaders in support of its continued growth and impact. The evening reflected a strong shared commitment to the Park and its critical role in Dallas today.

Susser Bank was proud to sponsor the event and is honored to continue our partnership with Klyde Warren Park’s Young Professionals program, further deepening engagement from emerging leaders aligned with the Park’s mission of bringing the community together.

2026 Susser Bank Golf Classic

The 2026 Susser Bank Golf Classic benefiting UT MD Anderson, brought together a powerful community of clients, partners and friends in support of a mission that continues to grow in both impact and meaning.

This year, more than 136 golfers and 80+ sponsors helped raise over $354,000 to date, an increase of over $100,000 from last year’s tournament. What began as an opportunity to rally around an important cause has evolved into something much bigger through the continued generosity and commitment of friends that want to support MD Anderson’s goal to end cancer.

Proceeds from the tournament support the Cancer Neuroscience Program at MD Anderson, advancing critical research at the intersection of Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and cancer neuroscience. The work being done by the program is both meaningful and urgent, bringing together leading researchers focused on improving outcomes for patients and families facing these complex conditions.

We were also honored to host a private dinner at Catherine and Sam L. Susser’s home, featuring Dr. Peter Pisters and Dr. Jim Ray in conversation about the future of this research and the broader impact it will have for generations to come.

To everyone who sponsored, attended, volunteered and supported this event, thank you. We are especially grateful to the Susser Bank team whose hard work and dedication continue to make this event possible year after year.

We’re proud to support MD Anderson’s mission and grateful for a community that continues to show what’s possible when people come together.
