Susser Bank Strengthens Dallas Market Presence With Addition of Meredith Worley And Conner Heil

Susser Bank continues to expand its Dallas commercial banking team with the addition of Meredith Worley as Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager, and Conner Heil as Vice President, Relationship Manager.

The appointments reflect the bank’s continued focus on Dallas-Fort Worth, one of the nation’s most dynamic business markets, and further strengthen its ability to serve privately held businesses, entrepreneurs and middle-market companies throughout the region.

Worley brings more than 15 years of middle-market banking experience working with privately held businesses and business owners across North Texas. Her background includes commercial lending, sponsor lending, asset-based lending and relationship management.

Heil brings nearly a decade of experience spanning commercial banking, credit underwriting and loan review. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with companies across a variety of industries, helping clients navigate financing decisions and opportunities for growth.

Prior to joining Susser Bank, Heil advanced through several key banking roles, including corporate banker, commercial credit underwriting team lead and senior commercial credit underwriter.
