A Letter to Our Valued Clients
We are proud to unveil the Susser Bank brand – a brand that stands for six generations of Texas entrepreneurship and solving “what’s next” for our clients.
On January 1, 2021, Affiliated Bank changed its name to Susser Bank, and today we share more insight into what this new name and brand mean for you:
- Service. We are dedicated to cultivating a strong relationship with you and becoming your banking partner for the long haul. Susser Bank is successful when we help our clients to be successful. Our differentiator in serving clients well is that we are built to last, not to sell.
- Solutions. We are single-mindedly focused on your success. Our Susser Banking team is composed of responsive problem-solvers who combine a natural passion for service with banking IQs and technology-driven solutions that are second to none.
- Speed. Clients will benefit from local decision-making and empowered bankers. As a result, you can access the resources you need faster and more efficiently.
Changes Effective Today
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new website and mobile banking app. You will also notice our updated email addresses reflecting our new company name. Best of all, our changes require no action from you. Simply engage with the bank as you always have. Over the next several months, we will be releasing more exciting updates at our branches and online. Further updates to follow, stay tuned.
Looking Ahead to Tomorrow
As we make the transition to Susser Bank, we do so with one goal in mind: helping you succeed. On behalf of our entire team, thank you for your business. We look forward to continuing to serve you for years to come, and we sincerely appreciate any suggestions on how we can improve our service or products.
As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Susser Banker or Client Care team member at (817) 987-2400.
