Located on the top floor of the four-story Class A building, Susser Bank’s space encompasses more than 7,300 square feet. Exterior signage on the building gives Susser Bank increased visibility within San Antonio’s Alamo Heights neighborhood, only minutes from the historic Pearl District.

Anderson comes to Susser with over 30 years of industry experience
DALLAS (March 29, 2023) – Banking and finance professional Julie Anderson has been appointed EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Susser Bank, effective April 3, 2023. In her new role, Anderson will report to Sam L. Susser, Susser Bank Chairman and CEO. Her duties include operational oversight of and interaction with many Susser Bank departments including accounting, finance, risk management, technology and information security, legal and human resources.
“We initiated a broad, in-depth search for this important role,” Susser said. “Julie’s vast and long-term experience in Texas banking made it clear she would be the perfect fit for both this position and our culture.”
Armed with 30-plus years of industry experience, Anderson comes to Susser Bank after a more than two-decade tenure with Texas Capital Bank and its parent company, Texas Capital Bancshares. Anderson helped Texas Capital grow from a regional start-up into a well-respected, publicly traded financial institution with more than $30 billion in assets.

In Anderson’s most recent position as CFO of Texas Capital Bank and Texas Capital Bancshares, she was responsible for all finance, accounting and investor relations activities. She also had operational oversight of various other departments including facilities and strategic sourcing. Prior to her promotion as CFO, Anderson served as Texas Capital’s chief accounting officer and controller.
Prior to Texas Capital, she held positions at other firms, including a finance leadership role with First Plus Financial and Manager Audit/Assurance Services with EY. Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting, both from the University of North Texas and is a CPA.
Throughout her career, Anderson has enjoyed a reputation for outstanding leadership, communication skills, integrity and loyalty, in addition to her extensive banking knowledge.

DALLAS (September 22, 2022) – Susser Bank is pleased to announce Kerry Hall has joined the bank’s Board of Directors. Hall was most recently executive managing director of Texas Capital Bank Regional Banking, which served the Austin, Fort Worth and San Antonio markets. Her responsibilities included executing effective strategies within each of those markets and serving as the liaison between regional offices and the bank’s major lines of business.
Hall is a proven banking leader with strong industry expertise and the ability to generate sustainable growth via a collaborative management style. Her credit and financial analysis skills have allowed her to excel at the strategic management of large credit portfolios. Hall’s creation of new business verticals such as in tech banking helped meet the emerging demand to capitalize on Texas’ flourishing tech industry. She has vast experience in corporate governance, public speaking, and regional economic development.

Hall has served on the Board of Caritas of Austin, Visit Austin and the Austin chapter of the American Heart Association, where she was chair. A passionate advocate of fostering job-creating investments across the Austin region, Hall also has served as past chair of Opportunity Austin, Austin’s Economic Development Corporation. She is currently on the Advisory Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas and serves on the Champions Council for the E3 Alliance.
Hall graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas with a BBA in finance.
