Additional Stop Payment Disclosure Information

The requester agrees to hold Susser Bank harmless for said amount and to indemnify Susser Bank against loss, expense and cost incurred by reason of Susser Bank’s refusal to pay the above described check. The requester further agrees not to hold Susser Bank responsible should the above described check be paid through inadvertence, accident or oversight, or if by reason of such payment other items drawn by the requester are returned insufficient.
