Quarterly Playbook Session
Our Chairman and CEO, Sam L. Susser, hosts a quarterly Playbook Session for all new team members. In this full-day gathering, Sam shares the bank’s vision and mission, which is built on the Susser family’s six-generation entrepreneurial journey.
During a recent session, team members spent two hours introducing themselves, sharing their professional backgrounds, a little about their families, and something about themselves that no one else in the room knew. The session concluded with a review of the Susser Playbook, during which our team members read multiple sections aloud and actively engaged in discussions on key topics.
