Kim Vincent

Kim Vincent is Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director and has been with Susser Bank since 2012. She brings more than 25 years of human resources experience across the manufacturing and banking industries.

Ms. Vincent began her human resources career in 1994 with Owen Oil Tools, a Fort Worth-based manufacturer and distributor of advanced perforating systems. She transitioned to the banking industry in 2002 and has remained passionate about the profession ever since. Her experience spans all areas of human resources, including employee relations, recruiting, payroll, compliance, and benefits administration. Ms. Vincent has maintained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification since 2004 and earned her SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation in 2015.

Ms. Vincent is actively involved in organizations that support the growth and advancement of the human resources profession. She has been a member of local and national SHRM chapters since 2003 and has volunteered with the HRSouthwest Conference since 2011. The HRSouthwest Conference is the official Texas SHRM state conference, and in 2018, Ms. Vincent served as Conference Director.
